〈明日世界〉內容講述一個小女孩接受了來自未來的自己的邀請，透過數位意識的時空旅行，進入了未來世界的故事。作品探討了數位化之後的世界，人類在行為、情感以及與世界的關係之轉變，重複著複製以及得以永世留存上傳、下載的循環。
“World of Tomorrow” tells a story about a little girl accepting the invitation from herself in the future and then going into the future world through the time travel with digital consciousness,. The work discusses how people’s behavior, emotion and relationship have changed in the digitized world, with repeats of upload and download cycle that may retained forever.

Don Hertzfeldt為美國獨立電影製作人，獲奧斯卡金像獎提名。動畫電影作品包括：〈美好的一天〉、〈生活的意義〉、〈比利的氣球〉、〈退件〉。作品於世界各地放映，獲頒超過兩百多個獎項。近期在知名卡通〈辛普森〉當特別來賓製作特輯。他曾有七件作品入圍《日舞影展》競賽獎，是唯一以短片贏得兩次《日舞影展》「評審團大獎」的電影製作人。

Don Hertzfeldt is an Oscar-nominated American independent filmmaker whose animated films include It's “Such a Beautiful Day”, “The Meaning of Life”, “Billy's Balloon”, and “Rejected”. His work has played around the world, receiving over 200 awards, and recently appeared in a special guest appearance on “The Simpsons”. Seven of his films have screened in competition at the Sundance Film Festival, where he is the only filmmaker to have won the overall Grand Jury Prize for Short Film twice.
